Kering Eyewear renews its commitment to sustainability through its Sustainability Day

Kering Eyewear hosts once again its annual Sustainability Day, involving its main manufacturing partners in a dedicated moment of exchange and discussion around the priorities guiding the company’s approach to social and environmental responsibility. At the heart of the initiative are the three pillars of Kering Group’s sustainability strategy: “Care for the Planet, Collaborate for People, Create Innovation”.

The event, held on Tuesday, September 8 at Infinite Area in Montebelluna, brought together more than 80 attendees, including Kering Eyewear’s long-standing partners and supply chain stakeholders. Hosted in an airport-inspired location symbolizing innovation as a collective journey, the Sustainability Day provided an opportunity to strengthen dialogue and foster a shared vision for the development of increasingly responsible practices.

Participants joined a workshop focused on circularity and industrial symbiosis, moderated by sustainability and innovation consultant Anna Zandanel. Together, they explored potential solutions to optimize resources, reduce waste, and create new synergies across different sectors, with the objective of giving waste materials a second life and reintroducing them into new value chains.

Through initiatives such as the Sustainability Day, Kering Eyewear further strengthens its commitment to promoting a responsible growth model where innovation, collaboration, and respect for the environment drive every decision. In line with Kering Standards, the company continues to work closely with its stakeholders to deliver impactful environmental and social actions. This approach is embodied in the vision “Kering Eyewear for a Better Tomorrow” and reflects the company’s ambition to combine excellence and responsibility across every aspect of its business.
