Code of Ethics
CODE OF ETHICS
Kering Eyewear believes that ethical conduct and compliance with legal obligations are fundamental to sound corporate management.
Within our Group, across every region and team, all employees are expected to embody our values and uphold the highest standards of ethical behavior.
We embrace Kering’s culture of integrity and are committed to complying with the Kering Code of Ethics, in addition to all applicable laws, regulations, and procedures.
Since 2005, the Kering Code of Ethics—introduced following the drafting of the Ethical Charter in 1996—has set out the core principles that reflect and guide our daily actions. The Code explains what is expected of each of our employees while engaging in professional activities and interacting with stakeholders, namely colleagues, customers, shareholders, and business partners. It also defines our commitment to the environment and to society at large, to which the Kering Group aims to contribute as a diligent and responsible corporate citizen.
As part of its commitment to ethics, transparency, and compliance with regulations, Kering Group provides its employees and stakeholders with a secure whistleblowing platform. This system enables anyone to confidentially and in good faith report behaviors or situations that are contrary to the law, the Code of Ethics, or the Group’s internal policies. Reports can be submitted through the platform, available in multiple languages, 24/7.
